Hi! I'm Cordelia
In 2001, a flea-bitten gray Connemara pony named Foxy walked into my life and forever changed it. I was in my early twenties, finishing my degree in Psychology and Alcohol & Drug Studies at Loyola Marymount University, when a single weekend altered the trajectory of my life.
What followed was trauma, recovery, and a long journey back to myself — guided by a horse who taught me how to breathe again, trust again, and rise again.

Foxy became my sanctuary during years of healing from eating disorders and trauma. When I lost her in 2011, I promised to carry her lessons forward — lessons of gratitude, resilience, and grace. That promise became the heartbeat of my first business, Charleigh’s Cookies, built around the belief that gratitude transforms everything. But Foxy’s legacy kept whispering for something bigger.

That whisper became Glow Up & Rise — and ultimately, the foundation of Cordelia Wolf LLC.
The Bridge Between Crisis and Empowerment
Over the years, my path has led me from counseling psychology to family intervention, and into coaching women and families through transformation.
I’ve facilitated interventions for addiction, eating disorders, and destructive family patterns — standing beside families in crisis and helping them navigate some of the hardest moments of their lives.

But intervention is just the beginning. True transformation happens in the aftermath — when the healing begins, when identities are rebuilt, and when families learn to live again.
That’s where my coaching begins.
Through one-on-one guidance, family coaching, and structured support, I help clients rise beyond survival and step into sovereignty — rebuilding their confidence, clarity, and sense of self along the way.
My Philosophy
I believe in transformation that honors both the crisis and the comeback.
My work blends evidence-based intervention practices with heart-centered coaching to create a continuum of care that is both structured and soulful.

Whether I’m guiding a family through an intervention, supporting a woman stepping into her next chapter, or mentoring someone reclaiming their identity after loss or addiction — my purpose is the same:
To help you glow while you rise.

Because life isn’t about getting it perfect. It’s about choosing to rise — again and again — with courage, compassion, and a deep belief in what’s possible.
