Treatment Placement Services

Finding the right care can change the course of recovery.

Cordelia Wolf builds individualized recovery pathways, not placements. Clinical assessment, honest guidance, and a continuum plan that starts on day one — for families navigating a crisis, treatment centers seeking a trusted referral partner, and clinicians who need placement support.

We don’t just find beds.
We build recovery pathways.

Placement is about far more than finding a treatment center with availability.

Cordelia takes the time to understand the whole person — their medical and psychiatric needs, substance use history, previous treatment experiences, family circumstances, personality, and readiness for change — before identifying appropriate options for care.

Each recommendation considers four essential factors:

Clinical Appropriateness
What level of care does this person actually need right now?

Therapeutic Fit
Which programs, clinicians, treatment philosophies, and environments are best suited to this individual?

Continuity of Care
What happens after the first stage of treatment? A successful placement should be part of a larger recovery plan.

Financial Sustainability
Treatment needs to be realistic enough to complete. Cordelia helps families consider insurance, private-pay options, length of stay, and the financial implications of the full continuum of care.

EXPERT GUIDANCE THROUGH COMPLICATED SYSTEMS

Knowing where to go is only part of the decision.

Cordelia evaluates treatment options through a clinical and practical lens, considering medical and psychiatric stability, substance use, previous treatment history, appropriate level of care, motivation and readiness, therapeutic environment, clinical quality, family needs, and long-term recovery planning.

Depending on the individual, that pathway may include detox, residential treatment, extended care, partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient treatment (IOP), sober living, or ongoing coaching and support.

The goal isn't simply admission.

The goal is finding the right starting point and creating a thoughtful path forward.

SPECIALIZED PLACEMENT

Eating Disorders & Complex Diagnoses

Eating disorder treatment requires an especially careful approach.

Medical stability, psychiatric complexity, nutritional needs, evidence-based treatment, trauma history, age, gender, family involvement, and therapeutic environment can all influence whether a program is appropriate.

Cordelia helps families evaluate these factors and identify specialized programs equipped to support the individual’s needs — including situations involving eating disorders, substance use, mental health concerns, and dual diagnoses.

WHEN YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO NEXT

Start with a conversation.

You may already know that treatment is needed. You may be wondering whether residential care is necessary. Or you may simply know that what you're doing now isn't working.

You do not need to have the answer before you call.

Cordelia can help assess the situation, identify the appropriate level of support, explain the options available, and guide you through the next steps.
